Citroen will be a busy job, on account of how often they fall apart!
Actually that is not always the case. My Dad has a 2010 Berlingo which has covered 116,000 in 3 yrs - all it has asked for (apart from tyres) is an 80p washer fuse. You cannot fault it - Citroen service it every 12,000 miles and the mileage has become just a number on the dash. I am very impressed with it.
Worst car I ever owned for breaking down though. Replaced the suspension system (regulators, the lot) twice. Replaced heater matrix, clutch retainer broke twice (dash out job) in amongst all the other usual breakages.
Sold it for a 2.3 Honda accord which, while more expensive on fuel, was a far cheaper ownership proposition.

We decided upon a Citroen Xantia 2.0HDI Estate when we moved back from Florida as a car to get us mobile for a few months. Ha, big mistake!
Contradicted by your own example.good effort.

How so? If anything, it shows how far the brand has come with regards to their quality and cars. It also shows how out-of-date the stereotypical retorts are.
i can provide anecdotal evidence from friends that would support the stereotype.in fact, I can't think of any owners of PSA vehicles have had a happy experience.
(your Dad doesn't count because I've never met him and deep down he wishes he had bought something better, even if his example was a Tuesday morning car)
