Can't agree. Although Loon can come across as both abrasive and brusque (he's far from my favourite poster) JAYB is on another level, haughty, arrogant and insecure. His quick wit and sharp observation is far outweighed by his bullying streak which manifests itself in his banning of people who don't toe his line, frankly whoever thought his online personality would make for good moderation had left the path of wisdom.

Couldn't agree more, he shouldn't be a mod on here.

I remember when he became a mod. The general concensus was how ridiculous it was and he soon proved those opinions correct. Back then he was essentially thought of as the matt/chemicalchaos of the forum so you could understand why people couldn't believe it. It's telling that there are plenty of mods on here who we don't know about, yet the brash self importance of jayb shows through and he's far more offensive than those he's moderating. I thought he'd toned it down recently but is seemingly back with a vengeance.

Without doubt, his bullying nature just shows a whole load of insecurity more than anything else.

I don't have a problem with any of the other moderators but JAYB should be stripped of that entitlement if he can't behave properly.
