How hard was it to get the chevrons right though? Poor from the printing/sign company given the job to produce them.

I think the red diagonals are right. I think the yellow overlaid box with the writing on is not in the right place. Then the cut has been made measured out from that.
Maybe it was designed with the word ‘at’ in the first bit?

And no doubt the purchase price only buys you half of the actual house and, if it did appear in said thread someone will whinge that it's too close to the M-something-or-other or that it backs onto either an abandoned mental asylum, a housing estate so packed together the residents have to coordinate entries and exits on the one single-lane road in or a major airport (which it probably would).....

Outrageous. In their defence maybe there were some other things going on that meant this was not at the very top of their to do list. Can't think what just now but the possibility exists.
