Looking at the angle of the head of the lining and the cut on the 6 panel door I don't think it is real, more a photoshop.

Either way if it is in a house it has never passed the inspection, you cannot have a landing like that where a doorway opens into a stair tread.

Other side of landing should have a newel, handrail, spindle and half newel on the wall too, more someone sat at a computer I think.

No stair string on the opposite side either so how are the treads, risers wedged and fixed? Not a real photo.

Based on just a quick glance it doesn't look like that door would fill that hole. It looks too short (on the short side IYSWIM) and too narrow as well.
The only things that looks real are the swirls and marks on the carpet.

Along with all the other stuff going on here to make your teeth itch, I think that's due to Lens distortion at the edge of the photo.

The angle at which the door has been cut differs from the angle of the frame. Is that to do with camera?
Or is all some kind of CGI?

It is an inside picture, there is probably a bit of fish eye lens effect going on

Probably ordered five more cars I the time it took you to upload that photo. Honestly I don't know what it is but something is definitely off about his whole setup.

Jebus. I don't usually get too wound up by these, or I try to see the logical reason as to why it might be like that...

...But I'd smash that with a hammer.
