Other side of landing should have a newel, handrail, spindle and half newel on the wall too, more someone sat at a computer I think.
No stair string on the opposite side either so how are the treads, risers wedged and fixed? Not a real photo.

The only things that looks real are the swirls and marks on the carpet.

Based on just a quick glance it doesn't look like that door would fill that hole. It looks too short (on the short side IYSWIM) and too narrow as well.
The only things that looks real are the swirls and marks on the carpet.
