And...a little known fact that you can operate the lower flippers on the Addams Family pinball without moving the upper. Again, I don't know why you'd ever want to do that, or why I've shared biggrin

I think it is OK because the surface area of the two doors is the same...

You can do this on many pinball machines.

It's actually a thing, and is called "flipper staging", or "stage flipping".

If you get really good at it, you can trap, or cradle balls on the lower flippers in a multiball, holding them up by maintaining just enough pressure to keep the lower flippers raised. You can then independently operate the upper flipper(s) by slightly increasing and decreasing the pressure on the flipper buttons, but not releasing them far enough for the lower flippers to drop, thus keeping the cradled balls secure on the lower flippers.

This allows you to progress hitting shots with another ball in the multiball, whilst keeping 1 or more balls "safe".

Here's a vid of someone doing this in a multiball on "Tron"

.. and one of a guy explaining the technique on "Star Trek", "The Shadow", and "Swords of Fury" pinball machines.

smile

ETA: Maybe more suited to the "things you always wanted to know" thread, although maybe you didn't always want to know this! thumbup

I recon that omeone got their W and H the wrong way round, but only discovered it when the old window/door had been disposed of.
Only option was to fit it it like that or have an unsecure, non weathertight house!

This. A mate had it with double glazing. One window was wrong so they fitted it sideways until a replacement was made. W and H were close so not easy to spot they had been transposed.

Yes, but is it a room for more than 1 Oscar, or is there an apostrophe missing which would indicate that the room belongs to Oscar?
