That’s nothing. My Christian neighbour came round looking for his cross so I nailed him to a football.
That's nothing. When our Christian neighbours came round looking for their family members we fed them to our lions.
Glad I ate her.

Could you do the same to Harry Kane?

Our neighbours tree attracts the birds in the morning and they can wakes us, but far worse ways to be woken up.

Apt username.

I'm with the neighbours on this, the tree shouldn't have been placed on the border as it likely encroached on the parking space.

I had similar to this, my old neighbour planted a leylandii tree in a small strip between our drives (I did point out at the time it was pretty silly) . As it grew it would rub the side on my TVR so I cut it straight from top to bottom. They moved out some time after and the new neighbour moved in a couple of days later I took the opportunity to remove the dam thing, surprising how big it looked laying down in the garage smile. The new neighbour said to me "I thought there was a tree there". He did laugh when I told him a bit later, he is a PH'er and turned out to be a really decent bloke (although I did catch him one time in my garage in his underpants, angle grinding) but that's another story.

We have similar - the lady who used to live in our house didn't get on with the neighbours and worked in a garden centre so brought home any sad looking plants and planted them up against the dividing wall. Now I'm forever having to prune our bushes / tall shrubs from the neighbour's side of the wall rolleyes
Even worse is the beech tree that's planted 2' from next door's garage banghead

Must say I'm surprised the tree surgeon they got in left in like that - the one I get in for the beech tree mentioned above is very particular on keeping the shape of the tree and not cutting too much off one side.

Our neighbour has a tree that overhangs our garden and parking space quite considerably. I have trimmed back as much as is reasonable, but it still manages to drop sap, leaves and blossom everywhere. So much so, that for 6 months of the year, we have to park the car in a visitors space. I have to sweep our garden every couple of days otherwise leaves and blossom end up in the house or garage. We have genuinely considered buying her house when it comes up for sale, chopping down the tree and then renting the house out.

Not quite the same as it's on their own drive but this always used to make me laugh / wince every time I walked past

Probably a PHer, loads of threads in homes and gardens regarding eradicating wildlife/plants/neighbours etc.

I know we all prostitute ourselves at work, but if I was a tree surgeon I'd refuse that job.

My neighbours stupid conifer .
There were 2 of them , one either side of the footpath , one got taken out some time back leaving the one , its never been trimmed just left to its own devices. Owner is dead now so hopefully once we get new people in they will cull it .

It's better than no greenery though.

Looks like there’d still be plenty of greenery if that conifer disappeared.
