Break in play. Pretty girl in crowd - cameraman zooms in. It's the law. You can't have watched must sport on the TV if you've not noticed this before

Usually when there's a break in play, or similar, some of the cameras will get asked for crowd shots.
It's generally just to fill time, but quite often the live TV coverage is also cut to the big screens around the stadium, and people then react when they see themselves on the screen. It just adds to the atmosphere.
It can also provide mildly amusing footage when little incidents like this happen.
