If what I heard on an episode of Q.I. is correct, a cat could survive a jump from that height, although with injuries.

A (very quick) search seems to back it up.

Yep the height becomes irrelevant once they are above the height at which they would achieve terminal velocity.

Terminal velocity for a cat in freefall is about 60mph - half that of a human.
