Drove through Newbury today. I survived.
You didn't pop in.

We just scraped The Special Fun Bus Tea into the bin.

Not The Soggy Jiffy Bag Mystery again?

We've tried it before. Eton Mess doesn't travel well and, in the case of today's tea in particular, would, we felt, have been contaminated by the sandwich spread.

This was taken on the Actual Night when I was duped into going to the Rubbing House in Epsom and having The Trivial Towers Anniversary Dinner on my own. And I was wearing my TT Full Dress Uniform.

Rarely have I felt so awkward.

Live a little; you could push the boat(er) out properly by having a ribbon on it.

But then there's the problem of which colour or colours for the ribbon. One doesn't wish to appear partisan unnecessarily.

And before you or anyone else suggests it Dicky, no we're not having them back as part of the weekend uniform at TT.

Morning all, a much more reasonable time to be up, working solo today so no chain smoking co-pilot in the cab with me.

No Impromptu Boater Frisbee Competition? It was the highlight of the Gymkhana.
