Probably get mullered for this but fk it hehe

Going to a wedding at the weekend. I have a medium/light grey suit and am thinking of going with a black shirt which has a purple pinstripe, and a purpley tie. My wife is giving me st because 'I shouldn't be wearing black to a wedding' and the happy couple are fashionistas rolleyes

Now, frankly I don't give a st but I want an easy life you know?

Views?

If in doubt dress like Sean Connery as James Bond.

Only bouncers wear black shirts with a tie

I'm sure I saw one of those shirts heading into court today. Must have looked good in the dock, against the usual selection of shellsuits.

If that is the case, why hasn't your wife chosen your clothes for you?

My wife chooses clothes for me and the saying happy wife happy life comes into mind.

So I'm thinking of investing in a Buy to Let. Would you suggest buying now or giving it a few months to take advantage of a slowing market around the Christmas period?

Two things.
1 That looks well smart.

2 I am known for my bad dress sense so it may well be horrible.

HTH.

Sorry but I think the shirt is shocking, and would look worse with a purple tie. My personal choice would be a nice crisp white shirt with a tie to add colour.
