Bell end tinted windows. And it's illegal. Based on my experience (of friends!) he will be subject to a few points and a fine quickly enough.

And if it's anything like one of the local places to me (that's since closed) that did a very illegal dark tint on the windscreen of a RRS, they'll probably end up with a visit from the Police (after the car gets a tug and owner told to remove the film) to have a word with the person who did the work.
