The lack of a dash is understandable. The non inclusion of PH before the username as per requested instructions (Highlighted in a different colour and everything) Just boggles the mind!

My email hadn't arrived so I took a punt after someone said it was the same as last time and someone else said they couldn't put a dash between their name and Pistonheads (so mine are the wrong way round). I'll go and sit in the corner until we win.

I thought a dash was an underscore and I didn't do both. I also get confused between forward and back slash.

In my defence I'm on holiday and can't edit details with the app. I'd need to log on and didn't bring the key machine with me. Was hoping for a result by now so I could stay away but about to board so looks like I'm coming home :-(
