Yes please remove those account details.

As a side note, my online banking has recently ramped up security measures for adding new payees. I.e. I would now need to now specify exact account holders name, whether this is a personal or business account, etc. It's becoming a right pain. I only mention as it might start to be an issue for new members looking to join.

Good luck all

Yeah, please don't post my details publicly.

Do you have some kind of contract for this? Can I see the T&Cs?
Syndicates have syndicate agreements. We have that in the email everyone receives. It specifically states in it that by transferring the money you accept the terms of the agreement.

As you can imagine, I have also been queried by PH's owners regarding this. I showed the agreement and they were happy for it to continue after we had some dialogue about it.

You may be concerned about me running off after a big win. I understand that, but it'd be pretty stupid of me. I'm a fairly easy to find person - not famous or anything, but you get the idea. Ultimately, it's based on trust, with some safeguards as well (feel free to search through the thread and find where I've refunded £250 to people on multiple occasions).

I was once manning a bank till that had £150k in it after a bank holiday, whilst earning £6 an hour or so. I think I was £1 out at the end of the day. Draw your own conclusions.

By the way, we are on 150 entries so far for tomorrow. Not too bad after a long layoff and some people not receiving the mail (but the terms haven't, so as per above, obviously, transmission is still an indication of acceptance, as the email states).

Let's see if we can get it to 200! Not sure what the record is. It's definitely been 170 odd before, I think, maybe 180?

Just to clarify, I wasn't interested in the rules because of any trust issues, I was just interested to see what would happen if you won a smaller prize, etc.

Anyway, I was tempted to join but again my man maths has informed me that I can't afford to split my winning jackpot with 150 others so I need to keep it all to my self by buying my own ticket. Please don't question my logic. hehe

I've had the same dilemma, £800k isn't quite enough to retire on a lavish lifestyle for the rest of your days. However if the syndicate wins and you're not in it, you'll feel pretty bloody daft for passing up such a sizeable chunk hehe

Ah, I see, no problems. Basically, we roll over any win under £1k into new tickets, as otherwise it's only £5 and change each.

I could comfortably get 6 buy-to-lets up here for £800k and bring in £3-4k a month. I know that's not powerfully built director money, but combine it with a bit of freelance work and that'd be a very nice income I'd snap your hand off for! biggrin

£40,000 a year for 20 years would do me. Not a lottery winners lifestyle by any means but nobody’s going to kidnap the dog and hold it ransom either.
