The tipped section acts like a huge anchor in the bridge. The truck section contines forward snapping free of the hinges, but the hydraulic ram remains attached. The truck cab section now swings up in an arc as the hydraulic ram acts as a teather.

Air pressure low in rear tyre.

Rear window wiper rubber is in very poor condition & could potentially cause problems if the driver needed to make a reverse manoeuvre.

I'll never understand what goes through someone's mind when they go to the effort of building a scaffold tower then just don't bother getting it all level. Shoddy work.

Number plate is all blurry/blocky. A sure 3-pointer should the BiB come across it; and a certain MOT fail.
