Discarding empty packets on the ground for someone else to clear up
I was stopped at a set of traffic lights earlier, and noticed that next to me was a passenger in a car who had clearly just bought a packet of fags. Upon opening the packet, he put the window down to throw out the cellophane and other bits of packaging. He didn't look the slightest bit bothered about what he'd done and he knew I'd seen him do it.

Anyone smoking is automatically council by association. He didn't look the slightest bit bothered about what he'd done and he knew I'd seen him do it.
Even if you dont litter or smoke around children having the power of health foresight means ANYONE smoking is abit thick on one level..

I know of a couple of gentlemen who are rather large specimens due to their gym activities who smoke, they are probably a bit knackered after running up a couple of flights of stairs though!
Surely the same applies for drinking, though? It's hardly good for you.
Not that I'm knocking it, I looooooove a bevvy, being as council as I am.
It does amuse me seeing people smoking before/after a visit to the gym, why, just why? Also, I actually once heard a woman sat on a bike in the gym bemoaning that she had to park at the back of the car park due to it being particularly and it was ever such a long walk, WTF?

Is smoking really considered council? I bet many would differ with that, myself included.
Yup! Typed 'smokers' into google images- does the results look sophisticated and intelligent?...

When I see a bloke outside Allbarone in Basildon I don't think 'hes like Steve McQueen that fella'
I think we should assert the difference between enjoying a smoke and being dependent on them.Being addicted to tobacco is, a bit council.
There are many situations in life though where a cigarette just works. I don't smoke at all when I'm at home, but in Germany after a fast lap at the 'ring, it's great.
