Great read - and has got me through many night shifts. One day I hope to hike at least one of the 'great' trails - effectively the one on the west coast, the middle or the East coast.

Great video. I walked a bit of the Appalachian Trail through Virginia in Shenandoah National Park last year. Truly amazing scenery. I'd love to do the whole lot.
