Am I missing something in no.24 or is it done badly?
Never really thought about what was inside a bowling ball either.

I was surprised to see all the bearings/shot inside the old hand grenade. I thought the only projectiles were the sections of the shell. I remember being told at school that the approx. inch square size is designed for maximum damage to humans.

The bowling ball is real. The Centre weight is shaped like that so it spins on pro balls.

I saw this a while back, I want to know how big a saw you need to cut a Leopard tank in half!

Shrivenham.

Tanks must be horrible places to operate in, a lot of them you have the breech of the gun under your arm! Sod that.

How do you access the front position? Is there a hatch just above him?

The driver is put there at the factory and they build the tank around him.

Yep, in fact I think you can see it in the first photo.

When you realise how far the main gun recoils into that already incredibly limited space..

Bovington has a centurion cutaway that you walk through the middle of.

I'm surprised the floor isn't thicker on the tank, or is there some kind of anti-tank mine countermeasure that isn't obvious?

If you are worried about mines, you need to tick the "anti mine flail" option at the dealers

Leo 1 is particularly lightly armoured, favouring mobility for protection, but most MBTs' armour is concentrated over the frontal arc, with the rest of the hull basically there to hang the suspension off and keep the damp out,

I've seen cutaway jets up close before, scary how thin the skin of them is. You might as well be at 25,000ft in a condom.
