I agree about the wrong crowd argument. You might get in with the wrong crowd but that's your choice.
When I was at home back from university and before I got my first proper job, a friend who had moved away introduced me to one of his local
School friends. We were the same age and had just graduated. Nice enough guy but just not on my wavelength. He used to hang out with his older brother. He was - well the only way I can describe him is sinister.
Well educated polite guys but they were just wrong ''uns.
After a night out I just dropped them. They were bad company (not the band) just bad. In the pub, talking about a new stereo they had for their flat. The old one was really good, worth hundreds. They were going to sell it but it was free to me as I was a mate. I'd just met them the week before.
There is no excuse for getting in with the wrong crowd.

You buried the bodies right not the stash?
Oh did I get that bit wrong? I took the bodies to the pug farm like you asked. The inside of the car got a bit messed up. BTW Big Alf Jeff the Nutter and Mad Steve all say hi.You buried the bodies right not the stash?
Pugs don't eat humans!
And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it's no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pugs. You got to starve the pugs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the pugs' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pug st, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pugs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pug farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pug can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pug."
Just the one, but what a doozy!

I don't believe that.
I have know various rogues over the years. Those that have been to jail see it as an occupational hazard.
Peversely the ones who have made the most money from various criminal enterprises seem to be the ones who rarely go to jail .or if they do go to jail it is rarely for a lengthy period because the people I have met tend to be involved in fraud rather than bank robberies .
The thought of being locked up seems terrifying to me but I am happy with my simple life .

Good friend of mine got 6 years for GBH with intent. He's a big chap and the local rag found a photo of him when he was fighting in MMA and made him look like a hooligan; The opening sentence of their piece was 'Martial arts thug Joe Bloggs...'
What they didn't print is that the fella he filled in was a twice rapist, and had bullied my mate since we were at school, and 15 years later he got his comeuppance just like my mate told him. The bloke's such a piece of st that even the bloke's son sided with my mate.
He did the area a favour. 3.5 years well spent.

I knew a skinny ginger kid from school , who ended up in the police force , joined the SPG and started bulking himself up , him and others acted no better than the scum they were locking up.
His actions ended up with him inside and took two of his colleagues down for perjury.
A nasty bit of work.

My (late) step-sister spent time in prison for ABH. There she got into drugs. Left prison a heron addict. More time inside followed in the pursuit of money for drugs. Then she went on the game. Then got clean and got her life back together. Then fell back into heroid. Died of an OD in 2011 aged 36.
A mate's Dad spent 1 year in an open prison for white collar crime.
A chap I know also got sent to prison for being bankrupt but effectively being an employer and a company director, whilst being disqualified from being a Director, but then also borrowing money and not disclosing his bankruptcy (I think he's been BR 3 times now!)
I'm pretty sure a few guys I was as school with served time afterwards, but I don't know for sure.

Friend of mine, only semi in touch now, nice guy, polio victim so a withered lower leg.
Robbed a shop with a kitchen knife as a younger guy, saw it as easy money. Sadly (gladly) , the shop keeper recognised him, said "Brian, feck off will you", then the police picked him up as he hobbled down the road.
Went to prison, got very scared that everyone else in there with him else hardened crim. learned to program while inside, then traveled the world for a few years making good money as an IT contractor.
He has managed a few other achievements that are quite notable, but I can't name then as there can't be too many people who have had polio doing what he's doing.
As an indication of his back ground, he was working over seas, so he let a close relation have the use of his house. House gets busted by the serious crime squad (I think) and confiscated as his relation is now using it as canabis farm. My friend had to explain to the police how he managed to buy his house outright with a cash transpher from a foreign bank account and why this dosent indicate that he's a cog in a crime gang lol.
