I seem to be able to destroy my chip and pin cards with remarkable frequency. Latest one has lasted 2 months. Chip dead.

It's getting a little annoying having to change all my details over every time - and with one international company an absolute row is required.

What I don't understand is what the fk I am doing to cause this.

Any ideas?

Strange. Never had that problem. Do you keep the card in a wallet or does it just float around in your pocket with keys etc?

In a wallet.

I actually changed my wallet a few months ago after a previous card died.

Keep them near any strong magnets? Speakers/subwoofers etc?
