That's what I thought about the Fallout4 Pip-Boy edition. The websites went into meltdown, but I managed to secure two of them, with a plan to hold onto the 2nd as an investment. But it quickly became clear that prices were not going up and up, especially when Bethesda did a 2nd manufacturing run. I managed to offload my 2nd one for around what I paid for it.I still have the first one though. And it's still awesome.

Yep us too, we had two also, we have kept one as new in it’s box,and Tom uses the other one for when he goes to parties and dresses up as a fallout character.I still have the first one though. And it's still awesome.
Quite sure we will never see them make massive money, I jutst think they are quite cool things to collect.
I'm holding off from any crowd funding - still waiting for my first dabble after paying for it in February...
Whilst I understand it's part of the deal handling variability in supply, what has come as a little shock is quite how easy it is for commercially incompetent companies to present an image of stability and capability...
In my case, it's a firm releasing a second gen product, simultaneously moving production to China - with zero understanding of supplier management, especially overseas. This incompetence actually existed for the original product, but wasn't mentioned...

Tell me about it! I contributed to the Sinclair Vega+ almost 3 years ago with RetroComputers - utter farce that's been.Whilst I understand it's part of the deal handling variability in supply, what has come as a little shock is quite how easy it is for commercially incompetent companies to present an image of stability and capability...

Fortunately, they do seem to finally be sorting things out - I've even seen a photo of stamped and pressed metal parts! Original planned shipping date would have coincided with my summer hols, as it is it's looking like I'll get it in time for Christmas - just in time for my better half to claim it as my Christmas present...

I wanted a soda stream but theyre made in israel so not imported here.
I bought it as i go through a lot of sparkling water but the stuff this makes doesn’t taste anywhere near as good. Now mainly used for other cold drinks and the odd failed experiment- fizzy merlot anyone?

Sorry, I meant to do so and forgot, its on an app called "wish"
the code I used was hcvbjkp (app only) but there are loads so its just a case of using the ones that most work for you
https://www.vouchercodes.co.uk/wish.com?rc=5507139
Just to warn you, this site is full of the most Chinese of knock offs that exist... its the first time I have brought something from there, and almost certainly it will end up being sh!t...but for the sake of 4 pints I thought it worth a punt
The Lepin stuff is normally decent quality, plus you can't buy the Lego version anymore... unless you want to pay a premium on eBay etc.the code I used was hcvbjkp (app only) but there are loads so its just a case of using the ones that most work for you
