Thanks, they look similar to what I'm after, just need to get one with enough flex to get from the aux socket (inside centre armrest) and charging socket

How about flamethrowers fitted to the exhaust of a Harley Davidson?

I did tell my husband that he definitely doesn't 'need' them. They are pretty unusable as you lose power when firing them lol - He still went ahead though - on the basis that 'he just knows he can, if he wants'

I don't have a photo or video.

You can get a link to the source for acquiring them though?

9 years ago, no follow up, but it does suggest that the police wouldn't be overly happy. 5-7 years? I'd be removing it.

He obviously didn't go to prison for it so there's already been a precedent set if you get caught with one hehe

My phone runs out of battery before lunchtime. I bought a 400meter charger cable which means I can take the phone out with me while out in the fields

Oh, I figured that, but do you really want to assist the police with their inquiries every time you leave the house?

Are these ones any good?

£25, would be the right kind of price for me to use when I take the train or want to charge my phone and listen to music at the same time

Also - has anyone got any experience of bluetooth car adapters that plug into your car Aux socket?

The Volvo has a very basic stereo, being ex-police, so no bluetooth or similar, but I've seen a few devices that would pair the phone via bluetooth and then output via a 3.5mm jack that I can put into the aux socket?
I bought these for the gym and was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality:

Edited to add newer, cheaper version with noise cancelling: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Headphones-TaoTronics-Wat...

Back from a great holidays, but due to brain farts, I need to source a replacement:

Leatherman Wave

Motorola Talkabout

Has both for ages so pissed to have to replace- the prices seem all over for the Wave. Any good deals or sources out there?

The Talkabout - I still have one (TA200) so a replacement pair that would also be compatible with this would be handy. As would them being waterproof rolleyes

I just bought a new iron.

£106 from Amazon.

Not that it's something I didn't need, i did need a new iron but I guess not one at over 100 bones.

It's gone up £13 already so that's providing some sort of justification already.

I’m flying out of Manchester airport soon so today received the usual email off them offering 10% off in their shops on departure. I’ve got several sets of headphones but I’ve not got some AirPods...
Bought some AirPods at the airport. To be honest, I’m not that impressed at the moment, think I need to use them a bit more and they’ll grow on me. I really like my Sony WF-1000s but the battery only lasts for 2 hours so their use is limited. Might have to get the newer version!

The wife’s comment: “what the fk have you bought more headphones for?”

I have T80 Extremes which are IPx4 water resistant (splashing, rain etc. are OK) but they have survived severe drenchings OK. The T92s are IP67 so can be submerged, and they float too wink

That's a cool piece of kit.

Happy with the Tefal though, steam button is in the right place ie pistol trigger unlike the last one which had it on the top right.

I'd go for the new Free over the Wave - all tools locking and accessible one handed...
