What the hell is that wish app all about?
Signed up and told me to choose a free gift from a load of random things and then I spent about 45 minutes just scrolling.
Laser pens, crossbows, guns, fake money and then sunglasses and watches for £1.
Just had a look .. wish I hadn't!

My Imperial Super Star Destroyer came from Wish, 3500 pieces of "Lego" for £90 if memory serves. Added an LED light kit too.

I spent £28 last night and not a single thing was needed or I really want.
Bought some sunglasses for a quid each. Couple of nice looking watches for £2-£3 each, a taser, matte screen protector for my phone for a quid.
Estimated delivery, 13th October lol.

Hopefully not a real taser?

"Tasers are classed as a firearm, and we have decided that in the UK ordinary people cannot use a firearm for self defence (there are a few exceptions for Northern Ireland). They are prohibited under the Firearms Act and possession is a very serious criminal offence."

Possession as in just in my house or out and about?

Was just curious to see what a £9 taser is like but now I don't want it but they won't let me cancel it.

According to the packing list, I am receiving a flashlight and a charging cable.

Illegal to possess even in private (i.e. at home).

If it is disguised as something else (such as a torch) then possessing it would carry a minimum prison sentence of 5 years.

These arrived yesterday.

I have lots of trainers and shoes.
I already have a pair of 'trachten' shoes for the various beer Festivals.
They are easily the most expensive shoes i own.

But they are puke resistant.

i think they qualify here.
Get yourself onto the trainers thread! Love these MIG as well!

Should probably also throw away those 1 quid sunglasses, probably do more harm to your eyes than they will protecting them from UV... coolwink

Oh i'm under no illusion that any of it will be any good but I was bored last night and I was just intrigued to see what you actually get for a quid.

Does a lock pick set count as I have a loose lock on my desk that I can’t find the key for? Bought purely for the satisfaction of opening it!

YouTube is your friend. I learned to unlock pretty much every standard lock watching videos..
Its very worrying how easy it is. My firebox/safe can be opened in about 10 seconds.

One day this thread is going to be responsible for setting my house on fire or having me arrested. Right now I'm just trying not to buy a few 50 inch spiders.

I'm still struggling to get over the weird cheap stuff they sell on there.
A bulletproof vest for £6? What a strange thing to sell. Who the hell buys that??
