L-shaped office divided by a kitchen in the middle. Women in one wing and men in the other. Temperatures in each wing set to suit the occupants.
Also means conversation between people in each wing is more relevant to them.
Men and women weren't meant to cohabitate.
People have been sacked for saying less Also means conversation between people in each wing is more relevant to them.
Men and women weren't meant to cohabitate.

The office I work in is epic compared to anywhere I've worked before
We have table tennis, table football and a wide screen TV down stairs in the chill out area along with a few pub benches where you can eat/chat whatever, we have a tuck shop which is pretty cheap and has things like pringles, chocolate bars, drinks and healthy options
Once a month we have a company get together where they'll order us all dominoes and get a few crates of beer and wine in or we have fish and chips or whatever
We all work pretty much flexi-time so we can go for long pub lunches if we want as long as we make an effort to make the time back
It is by far the most productive office I've ever worked in, no one takes the piss, no one argues, it's brilliant to be honest

Pool table
Table tennis
Table football
Big screen chill area with huge beanbags and Xbox etc
Outdoor BBQ area with beers for those working late or post work staff meetings
Decent IT/Internet
Airy bright with decent colour scheme
Decent desks and furniture
Regular incentives and pissing about whilst getting the job done
An atmosphere that's fun which comes down to people and environment
Nothing wrong with company logos and messages if combined with the above, remind people they are at work
Free snacks and drinks
Fridges, microwaves etc
Background music, not loud but silence is quite st.
I'm a fking awesome boss
Well that covers the college teens but how do you lure in your more mature victims?Table tennis

How do you improve an office environment with people who own Triumph keys?

I think a decent office environment is about making sure the small things are all in place, which in turn add up to people enjoying working there:
Free tea and coffee available. Machines removed at staff request - what ? No we didnt ask for this. Oh they've replaced the free machines with a costa franchise with presumably a kick back to the company and had to remove the machines as part of the contract

We moved into a newly refurbished office about 18 months ago. Biggest things that have made a difference to me are pretty simple;
Nice lunch rooms, which are cleaned daily (we're in a building with about 800 others, so there are 3 big lunch spaces & tea points on each floor - these have the plumbed in hot water call 'Billie'
One set of good simple white mugs
New coffee machines - we've got some great ones which use actual beans and can do a frothy milk thing
Similar to the mugs, nice glasses plates & cutlery
Fruit bowls with fresh fruit arriving every second day
Everything else in terms of desks, chairs etc. is pretty much the same as the last place.
The one challenge - there never seem to be enough forks!
