If you are that bad at 45 I wouldn’t bother paying into a pension as I doubt you will get to collect on it.

Nothing a steroid shot or a bit of knife work can’t fix hopefully - hips, knees and ankles are good thank god as cycling and skiing are my main sports so at least nothing stopping me doing what I enjoy
