San Francisco Giants’ Stadium for me this evening (Barry Bond number 25 retirement).

Great view, but the cost of the beer would spoil it for me grumpy What was it - $13-$15, for some st lite beer?

Looking over the pool where we stayed in Italy last month.

Decent bottle of beer that as well for something picked out at the supermarket.

Holiday in Riviera Maya last month. Not much of a view and the beer was awful, some Mexican variety called XX that didn't produce any head but it's the best I could muster form my holiday pics.

Love Verona - great place. I've sat at that restaurant, and most of the others come to think of it, round the Arena.

BARCELONA
Where?
Barcelona? It's in Spain! wink

(It is the Basílica, a cathedral designed by Gaudi - absolutely stunning)

Brilliant. He said BARCELONA (in caps, and hence, shouting)

So I replied, slightly facetiously, with "where?" - kinda like the Ronnie Pickering thing hehe

Oh and it's the Sagrada Familia. Not the Basilica biggrin

I got it, and thought it would be funny to make the comment I did!

You are quite right. It is 'a' Basilica', but more importantly 'the' Sagrada Familia.

Its full name is Basilica i Temple de la Sagrada Familia and many locals call it 'The Basilica', given its size and significance, though Sagrada Familia is its proper name.

An incredible work by Gaudi and those who followed (and still do) his vision.

Cheers! smile

We’re in a villa on the side of a lake near a town called Loutraka in a tiny village called Perachora which has a lake fed by the Gulf of Corinth.

It’s absolutely bloody fantastic and very relaxing!

Here’s a picture of the villa taken from my drone smile

Not a lot not to like!

Drvenik Veli, a quiet wee island about 10 miles from Split in Croatia. About 33*C, Don't normally drink lager, but I was walking past this taverna and it looked sooooh good with beads of condensation running down the glasses.
