Windows pc? Put it on full screen, pause it at your favourite bit then hit the print screen key (PrtSc). Open up MS Paint, click on paste, crop the image to your satisfaction, save it as whatever you want, voila.

Very good. It's not difficult to point out how mediocre Cars is in the Pixar firmament, or how they've flushed it down the toilet.
Makes me wonder, has management at PIxar changed? They seem to have lost their high standards.

I would be shocked to see something like this from "street n'er do wells" as you put it. They generally have enough experience with the police to know that it's not a good idea to square up to them or kick them when they're down. Really strange behavior from the teenagers IMO, it's like they thought they were in the right.

It pretty much reminds me of school in the 90s. So 2nd generation of "You teachers can't touch me", has taken it out to the Police and found out that actually "I do believe we can, you may experience some discomfort, sorry about that, and that, oops, dear me that's a shame".
