I used to wear 44 inch jeans and they are now slipping off me, I can now get into 38 inch jeans!!!!
I read the comments of the video and saw someone had mentioned OMAD...One Meal A Day, did research, saw results, started doing it on 15th Jan 2018...
Question for you. I tried it for 3 weeks and felt great, however I just couldn’t stop the hunger pains. I’ll admit they lessened but they never went away.

Reading up on the subject it seems it should get easier as time goes on, but how long does that usually take?

Also ' or do you reduce that as well as only eating once?
It took just over 3 weeks for the hunger pains to go during the day time. These days I can manage until about 16:00 and then have to start making tea although often push it further until about 17:00.

'do you just consume all your calories for the day in the one meal'
I have what ever I want for tea (what ever I fancy), thing is my stomach has shrunk so I can only eat so much before I'm full.
I'm currently on week 6, not once have I felt low of energy, I always make sure I'm drinking water quite often.

I do cheat a little, I bought a dehydrator around that time and started making beef jerky, back when I would still get hunger pains I would have one piece of beef jerky, the massive flavour it has seemed to calm my stomach for about 2 hours and it's pure protein.

It's easy to do but takes a little mind control, I saw results in the first 2 weeks and continue to see results.

I adopted a one meal philosophy since the new year and I've lost 4 kilos. Now I'm still on the beer and wine at nights and have gone "off plan" quite frequently, especially with the GF at the weekends, so my results could be better. Having said that, I've learnt that the 3 meals a day requirement is nonsense for your average stuck behind a desk bloke these days. I get a bit peckish in the office, but I can make it to tea time with no perceivable loss of energy. The toughest time is now, sat browsing PH or similar when I'm not occupied, that's when the real hunger cravings starts, ironically enough, just after I've eaten. laugh

good man, pleased to see I'm not alone.
I'm in IT and work from home 'break fix/install' so while there's nothing happening like today with no jobs I'm sat on my arse viewing youtube and PH and not moving around much...3 cups of tea (black 2 sugars cos I'm not sweet enough)
4KG is really good going, like yourself wine...a bottle per night OOOPS I blame my trips to Le mans for making me a 'drinker'
IMHO doing this is easier than eating rabbit food i.e. lettuce where ever the fk that is biggrin
Had zero hunger pains today but had to get tea around 16:30

Very good.

I'm in the process of learning magic. Some of those I know how they're done but knowing and performing are two very different things. The amount of time you need to invest in practicing a trick like these to point of nonchalance is incredible.

I'm not sure how a Laser sailing dinghy capsizing fits in there either, that's just something they do, you just right them again and carry on.
