Why cant the transformer be put on a flatbed that has the wheels under it,rather than slung in the middle of 2 carriages?I presume it relates to the weight over the axles?

Probably overall height? It was just scraping underneath some bridges so on a flatbed a meter higher, no chance.

Ha, yeah.

My grandfather kept chickens on a small holding. He hat two ratting terriers of some sort.

One was a white fluffy thing. It was a stone cold killer, he’d just let them off and that thing would find them out.

And that’s all I have to say about that.

Yes that occured to me also.

But on the other hand, they believe people are entertained by them*. This is something people usually pay money for. In this case the celebrities could be argued to be trying to entertain the masses for free.

*actually most need the full production team and a good script to be entertaining...but I'm not sure a lot of stars truly realise that even when they are saying thanks to those people.

We shouldn't be surprised, most celebs are completely bonkers and out of touch with the real world; I'm sure it was meant well but they probably just don't really think it through and how it might be perceived in the real world.

I've never understood peoples' obsessions with celebs - sure they can act and entertain for the most part but why they're given any airtime beyond acting/singing etc I've no idea. Their views on current affairs and politics etc is even less relevant than yours or mine as they live in a weird fantasy land completely decoupled from reality for the most part.

There are a few notable exceptions of course who do an enormous amount of good quietly and out of sight of the public eye (Keanu Reeves is one such person who springs immediately to mind) but then there are 'regular people' who also donate their time, skill and compassion in what is arguably an even greater demonstration of philanthropy than a multi-millionaire donating to a hospital or whatever.

I just don't 'get' celebrity I guess...
