Completely left-field. But this guy runs a ton of everyday businesses (laundromats, car wash, rentals etc).
Goes right into the nitty-gritty of how he finances each business, day to day running costs, what works, what doesn't. Really interesting - the caravan park is a nightmare!

My dad owned/ran a caravan park when I was growing up as a kid. It was in a seaside town and was mainly for touring caravans and campervans but we did have some static caravans, but as we shut over the winter no one lived there permanently.

As a kid it was great as we had a massive field to play in and new friends arriving each week to play with.

Sounds idyllic. His are more permanent homes in depressed middle America for crack addicted people or ex-cons and all the fun that entails.
