I've been caving before, and enjoyed it, but potholing is a different kettle of fish altogether, and wouldn't want to do that as a job - if that's what you're asking.

This is one of the channels that I subscribe to and it should be a very interesting build. They previously renovated an aluminium boat and sailed it to the Arctic circle. I love watching things come together (much like watching other folk work) - fascinating!

I used to do a bit of caving back in the day, including some exploring for new passages and it always felt like a good idea to think of poor Neil still stuck in Peak Cavern whenever pushing in tight spaces. It would not be a nice way to go.
