People who say "I've got a personal trainer at the gym later". Usually overweight, lazy, and like to throw money at a problem rather than putting in some hard graft. The inevitable result of their "personal trainer" sessions is disappointment and failure to achieve any sort of goal.

Don't you suggest that personal trainers are happy to keep taking their money, knowing the person simply isn't going to get anywhere. The PTs on PH will go all "roid rage" on you at that point. They'll have at least 1 satisfied customer who they can call man...they'll call them...DO YOU WANT THEM TO CALL THEM!!! DO YOU!!!

That BMI stuff is a load of crap! Just out of curiosity I hacked in my weight and height and it reckons I'm obese! yikes LIES! I tell you. I can still get in 36 waist jeans and need a belt on them! The weight it claims I should be to be "normal" is just laughable.

Sorry to break it to you, but if you can't breathe when wearing slim fit shirts you're not of a "relatively slim build". I have a normal BMI (23-24) and slim fit shirts fit just fine, slightly loose if anything. Fitted shirts on the other hand are too tight.
My bmi is fine too. 5'9 and 11 stone. BMI of 23. But i find slim fit shirts extremely uncomfortable. I suppose it can also depend on the make of shirt too going by the wildly varying sizes.

Admittedly I only bought one slim fit shirt. Perhaps other makes are different, but I wasn't going to end up with a wardrobe full of the damned things. Give me a regular fit any day.
Is there anyone on this thread whose BMI is NOT fine and or OK ?

Mine definitely isn't, sadly. Currently sat around 31

Definitely because I am powerfully built. Not because of chips.. definitely

There's the confirmation that the calculator is broken as it's stuck on 31 for me too! I knew it was nothing to do with all the pepperoni pizzas and tubs of Haagen Dazs.

The fact that Steve Wright - who I've already said on this thread is an annoying talentless idiot - apparently earns over half a million pounds a year.

I did really well for the 10 months before my wedding, I lost over 2.5 stone, and had the goal in sight.

Right now, I just don't have that "goal" in my head that I need to look good for.

Wright, Evans and Vine are the stand-out "eh!?" ones in that list for me.

Inexplicable waste of our money.

Quite.
Although you can also add Lineker and Shearer into the mix as well. Nothing against them, in fact I like Lineker's presenting style but i don't watch MOTD because of the presenters, I watch it to watch the highlights of the games.
I couldn't give two fecks who presents it, if I've got it on catch up then I'll happily whizz through the endless guff talked between games anyway.
Wright, Evans etc., although on absolutely ridiculous wages, are actually listened to for who they are.

People who don't read emails properly. It's so fcensoreding annoying when people respond to your email and don't answer your fcensoreding questions. It just prolongs everything and makes the task so much longer.

I agree, also the fact if you ask 3 questions in one email, only the first will ever get answered (if you're lucky)!

I actually had to look up how to work out my BMI just to answer Shaoxter! BMI not something that is usually dropped into conversations on a regular basis. Apart from on here.

My BMI and weight could most def be improved but well other aspects cholesterol, blood pressure, systolic/diastolic, etc... BMI is not the be-all and definitely not a measure of whether a certain cut of shirts fit or not lol

The poop I had just now. All wiped up and ready to finish, but Rusty Bumwater decided he wanted an extra visit and I had to wipe up all over again.

This annoyed me beyond reason.

Also, people who post about poop on internet forums annoy me beyond reason. silly
