People who, while in conversation, reply to the other person with "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah" in rapid succession.
One "yes" to acknowledge the other person's point will suffice, thanks very much.
Got one in my offices does the "yes, yes, yes, yes" thing but also "no, no, no, no, no", just makes them look stupid. One "yes" to acknowledge the other person's point will suffice, thanks very much.

Or who keep saying "yes" over you whilst you talk as a sort of acknowledgement that they are listening and following you. It's intensely annoying. One "yes" to acknowledge the other person's point will suffice, thanks very much.

People who pause whilst talking and don't continue until you have acknowledged that you're still listening.
You mean those people, yeah? Who keep stopping, yeah? To ask if you're following, yeah? And who want you to nod, yeah? To show you're with them, yeah? And who deserved to be stabbed with pencils, yeah?ClockworkCupcake said:

Worst one would be when you are taking a message for someone and need the phone number:"Sure, let me have your phone number and I will get them to give you a call back when they are available"
If it were me talking, I'd do the usual patter (for me) of 5 - 3 - 3, it all works well, people don't usually have a problem.
But taking the number for someone else..
"0...................1............................3..............................4.........................1..................................5................... 5.......... 7.....................8 ............. " AAARH JUST SAY THE DAMN NUMBER IT ISN'T DIFFICULT

Or something like this. The live version - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMwKbMMTi8s"Sure, let me have your phone number and I will get them to give you a call back when they are available"

People who waste my time from eBay who come and spend two hours looking at my car, going for a test drive and saying they will definitely have it, then win the auction and then never answer their phones.
When checking their feedback you then find that they bought another vehicle about the same time they allegedly bought mine!
That was really annoying.
On the subject of eBay. You leave a phone number on a message, and your account gets suspended. I can see the intention is to stop off site sales, but sometimes you want to see/ check out something before you buy it, and a number is useful in case you can't find them etc. When checking their feedback you then find that they bought another vehicle about the same time they allegedly bought mine!
That was really annoying.

I enjoyed my first course. It was run by an ex advanced cop instructor.
He made it quite fun and we all learned stuff that the general public don't normally know, (inside info on traffic cops why and when they stop etc).
Second course was OK too.
1st course worked well then? He made it quite fun and we all learned stuff that the general public don't normally know, (inside info on traffic cops why and when they stop etc).
