Tell us something really trivial about your life (Vol 27)
Discussion
Alfa Romeo did something similar with its Q-System - a two-pedal manual. It could also be stuck into 'A' for full automatic operation. I drove a 156 V6 with it fitted and to be fair it wasn't at all bad. The other place you'd find something similar was in most service buses built between 1960 and the mid-1980's.
For downright confusing setups (for a modern driver at least) you want to try a Wilson pre-select as fitted to the AEC RF, a 1950's single decker. It takes some getting used to the idea that it's perfectly OK to move the gear lever at full throttle, and that the 'clutch' pedal should never be touched at the same time as selecting the next gear.

Morning squire, all well?
I was laughing about your work only a few days ago, specifically, that picture that got you a ban.
Remember the white jeans thread?
A Google image search for dear old Mat777 brings back memories. Brutal so it was, but he is now an internet legend which is priceless.I was laughing about your work only a few days ago, specifically, that picture that got you a ban.

All is well in the world. Clear blue skies, sport + manual buttons pressed, a bit of a tear through the canyons the order of the day.
I confess I am actually in white jeans today..
Morning
Can someone please explain to me why I'm wide awake at this ridiculous time on a Saturday? It's bad enough having to be during the week, but with a gently snoring husband & 2 cats next to me; it's very frustrating!!!
We have a builder coming to look at the house we want to buy today to see if it is feasible to do what we want to do to it & if it is, an approximate labour cost. If its not we have to completely rethink & move probably
Fingers crossed please

Wheel ocd in picture above is annoying.
I am suffering with what is called a post nasal drip. It's annoying in that every night for the last five, I've awoken choking and gasping for breath. If this is akin to American waterboarding, they can keep it.
Ion, Ive rediscovered a childhood remedy... A Vic steam bath; take one bowl of boiling water, add a teaspoon of Vic. Place head over bowl and cover with a towel. Slowly broil head.
