I have located Q. Sadly he is stuck in an alternative dimension as a result of a rogue Tardis incident.
He's not been buggering around with the fabric of time again, has he? I hope it wasn't him who sent our thread spiralling into a black hole My email to Dicky, and his response above... Isn't trivial, I'm sorry
It's with great sadness that i post the words of his best friend, in DMNs thread about his recent heart attack which say it all
We have no further details at this time, I would ask that you please be respectful and withhold from speculation.

Russell - driving_me_nuts - passed away yesterday, the cause is yet to be established.
Goodbye my dearest friend.
There will never be another like you.
It was a privilege to know you.
DMN was greatly loved by many of us in here, those that had met him and those who had not yet had the chance. He will be greatly missed and the world, and PH, will be a far worse place without him.Goodbye my dearest friend.

Thanks, ali. Home now to try and sort it all out in my head.
Russ, drivin_me_nuts, has gone. I can't believe it.
In the early days of the Trivial thread, it occurred to some of us that we would actually get on in real life and not just on the internet. Russ was one of the first Trivialites I met. Because of its ridiculous name, the place I worked cropped up a lot in my posts and one day Russ emailed to say he would be passing and we should have lunch. And we had such a good time! He was a genuinely nice guy. No side to him at all. [Trivia: I introduced him to a gastro pub serving the 4th Best Scotch Eggs In England. That is absolutely true. It had to be, really, didn't it?] Memory tells me that not only did we have a two hour lunch but also I got away with it at work. Why we didn't meet up again is a mystery to me; we emailed occasionally but were happiest bouncing nonsense around in the Towers. In its surreal moments, Trivial Towers runs at about 7 on the Surreal-O-Meter. Russ regularly had the needle against the stops. I'm going to look back and read some this evening. It is cracking good stuff.
Russ, this has hit me hard. You were a lovely guy and I'm so glad to have made your acquaintance. I'm going to raise a glass to you now, mate, and I will be thinking of you and everyone who loved you.
We'll always have Norbiton.
