Nipped in to costa for a coffee and had to fight past a woman screaming at the charming "mikado"

She's either named her child after an opera or a chocolate bar, I'm guessing it's the chocolate bar.
Or the emperor orf Japan...

I'm pretty sure the bloke from the '70s was Gilbert O'Sullivan, while Gilbert and Sullivan were a Victorian theatrical group. Or am I a parrot receiver?

Gilbert O' Sullivan?
Gilbert O'Sullivan had hits in the early 70s with Claire, Get Down and Alone Again..

Gilbert & Sullivan wrote comic operas in the late 19th century.

At the risk of being insensitive, there was a story on Look East yesterday about a young lad that crashed his for Ka (that they pronounced Kay Aye) into a tree killing him and 2 mates, it was his funeral and his day is a lorry driver. day was at the funeral with his mates in their tractor units, which struck me as a whole world of council. Wiv da angles.

Council doesn't vote. Apart from when Big Brother is on.

council do vote: well they did when it came to Brexit. I had countless first hand tales from them about how they were voting for it, to get the immigrants out so they had jobs or so they could get housing. Honestly I could house 100's of people/families today, this second if they turned up, such are the amount of spare homes I have to let. Refugee's are not impacting on some great greggnant white whale not having a home.

Hmmmm: the last thing any of the great white unwashed want, is a job !!

It was the first time ever I saw a swathe of UKIP posters across our housing stock. yes, you might have seen the odd labour poster: but without a doubt, somehow the council caused Brexit.

maybe they really believed Farage was going to put £350m a week into the NHS.

Oh- charity bags: we caught (or saw him driving off) the local estate agents sign, putting up man nicking our charity bags one night.

You pretty much nailed it there. Just wait until the average UKIP voter has it explained to them that UKIP, in their manifesto, now want to integrate Muslims into our white, god fearing, Christian nation rather than 'send 'em all back where they came from'. Things could get a bit tasty for the UKIP candidate, campaigning in some of the rougher estates, when a resident finds out what integrate actually means. That said, I'll bet loads of them will be volunteering to conduct the schoolgirl FGM exams.
