i laughed when someone posted the link in the BB thread but i had a look and it is quite interesting, yes 99% junk but you never know.
I joined because of the post here, I'm in a cars under £500 group and Cars For Sale in southyourkshire (spelt like that, proper council in it) amongst others. Same reason as you, you never know what might appear

And they bloody charged me £6.70 to get in.
Very true. It's a weird kind of rural fecklessness here.

I've been saying for years that we should get all of the long term unemployable and put them in civil work gangs. One of the first thing I would detail these gangs to would be re-digging Offa's Dyke.
Wrexham is to the east of Offas Dyke.

(Accurate list of things)
That list annoys me slightly, firstly because they're using the 24hr clock but also using am/pm, and then because they apparently gave up on the am/pm thing for the last item making that one correct, but different to all the others! hehe

I'm currently in North Wales. Fantastic wooded hills 360degrees round a village. I stopped off at a pub to eat something and it was full of parents drinking and smoking with small children. Why go somewhere with plenty of activities and 'get out there' potential yet default to what you'd probably do back home?

Like the many thousands of families who travel abroad for the summer and never leave the resort and complain because there are no chicken nuggets for their kids on the all inclusive.

Never understood it myself, if I go to another country I want to experience that country proper.

Is Absolute 90s council, then?

That, along with Radio X, is pretty much all I listen to these days.

Any radio with adverts (usually for screwfix or transit vans) is council.

Edit: and any where one of the breakfast presenters is a gob-ste who thinks they're funny.

Strong and stable adverts for hard working people.

The 2nd point equally applies to Radio 2.

Irony is a word that is hard to pin down sometimes.

Dictionary: The last thing you expected to see or hear.
