parents who allow their children below the age of 12 (or with an IQ of similar number) to own or use a whistle. fking annoying!!

I enter the gym today and some woman is leaving with 3 of her kids who must have been to a birthday party in one of the function rooms, they all have whistles in their mouth and blowing it along the very long corridor as I'm putting my belongings in the lockers.
You sure it wasn't a pro-Corbyn rally?

Taking your dog to the local pub on a Sunday afternoon and sitting there while it cocks it's leg up every table people are eating at outside.

I've always thought that going out on the lash on a Sunday afternoon is a bit council.

Sitting in the beer garden with flip flops, petrol station sunglasses and a superdry t shirt getting progressively shouty etc

Since when?? Either I'm missing out on some cheap disposable eyewear or my regular petrol station haunt is decidedley un-council (unlikely as its a Morrisons!)

The Golden Bee, Stratford Upon Avon, it's usually pretty good. However after an hour in the saddle on a 23 year old Fireblade anything tastes pretty decent.

Exactly!

I wouldn't have my Sunday afternoons any other way! Add a good quality Bluetooth speaker to the table (not too loud) for a few tunes too.

One of my pet hates (see what i did there ...). If we're there for a while, I will take our dog for a walk every hour or so, just he can relieve himself in more appropriate surroundings.

Maybe I'm due a whoosh, but doing this is so far out of order, it isn't even in the queue.

So today I've spoken to someone who, at the age of 42 can't possibly ever work again because he's struggling with his mobility. Now, he doesn't know that I know him and this is of course untrue.

so the only home he can now live in, as oppose to his 3 bed flat, is a 2 bed new build house.

they must have a house because they want a garden. to buy a trampoline. to help with their daughter's learning. She's at grammar school !!!

The wife cannot possibly work. because she needs to care for him. because he falls asleep and what if he fell asleep when at home cooking without her.

(because we are all cooking endlessly during the day of course ?)

Oh and we'd need to maintain a garden for them.

and they cannot move far from where they are, due to dtr's schooling. Despite the fact that it couldn't be better served by public transport if they tried, as is often the case of these huge "academies".

On a lighter note, I learnt of someone getting £36k a year in tax credits last week. plus all the child care paid for and child benefit.

and someone moaning about late benefits payments, due to her having been in Spain on holiday.

what we need clearly is more food banks and a revolution for the poor and needy. They really have it too hard. Honestly the next thing will be they'll be having to stop going on foreign holidays. or downgrading their sky subscription.

Hang on, you'd bring and play your own music in a pub beer garden? that's as council as it gets.

I'm council AF but how on earth can you see this being appropriate in a pub?

I'd chuck your speaker in the nearest pond for what it's worth.
