They're going to be an army of concentration camp Kapos.

It will however be enormous fun to fry their brains with constant challenges to what powers they actually have

Alternatively, you could leave that sort of thing to 9 year olds?

I'm not sure 9 year olds would project much authority as Covid marshals.

I am concerned about who will be policing the internet if everyone is out counting small groups of people and trying to issue tickets to seven people at once.

Covid marshals required to police social distancing ( latest Boris pronouncement )
Equally spaced chuggers will ensure crowd separation. It’s a job for beardy weirdies with clip boards.

Boris said they can be "Dispersed" or fined, or even arrested. Good luck to whoever tries to disperse a crowd of people loaded to the gills as they cluster at the kebab shop which only has space for 4 people to socially distance.

Why is it that a lot of walts, car and train etc bores are adenoidal? Do they speak like that and become walts/bores or is it the other way round?

Some more video of our Florida friend again in more trouble back in March this year. This time for displaying red lights and having cancelled insurance.

Do we know if he is still locked up?

Paywalled, but worth a read if can access it.

Mainly about elderly men with perfectly respectable war records who haven't been able to resist hinting at or just plain inventing exploits with the LRDG or (since 1980) the SAS.

Thanks, that was an interesting read.

Accomplished actor as it says, no need for him to add more.

I am half way through a St Johns Ambulance First Aid at Work course and the young lady doing it is absolutely bonkers. These courses are normally very boring but she is quite entertaining.

She has been teaching for 6 months and is desperate to put her training into use. She goes to her boyfriends Sunday football matches and is very dissappointed that most of the injuries don't require first aid. She was aghast that they didnt have ice packs for sprains and bruises. I get the impression that she runs onto the pitch saying she is a first aider after every stoppage. She apparently told one of them off for putting a jacket on over wet clothing because he should have taken the wet clothing off first because he might get hypothermia.

With her vast experience she keeps saying things like. "Yes thats how I treat stroke patients" and "Thats how I deal with a possible heart attack"
