It’s odd, either he was directly involved in the accident, I.e. he crashed or was crashed into, or he stopped to help at the scene of an accident that he wasn’t directly part of."My thanks to @ThamesVP

Either way why would he think he would be “managing” the scene by himself from start to finish?

I am fiarly certian there is no "we" but by using the plural it implies he is part of a large group which he runs. I doubt there was an RTC after all how often do u actually see one let alone stop an lend a hand you would literall have to be going up an down the motorway all day. I think its all in his headWTF?

I think they're supposed to wear those vests as part of the data collection rules. It's not because they want to. They want to wear the black of the Waffen SS and a chirpy little armband.
These people are why we've pushed retirement age out to 70 and ensured most people will still be paying a mortgage until they are too frail to be out in public. Having so many English ejected from employment at 55 where they were kept at desks and given tasks to do that kept them occupied and weaponised with spending money has wreaked carnage on civilised society. Enraged, bitter, passive aggressive and duplicitous jumped up scrotes released en masse to inflict misery and oppression upon everyone.
I never considered that they were Walts as I always felt they were the real deal, doing exactly what they wanted to do, being what they wanted to be and not pretending to be something else?
Make a hurried desicion in thier life. It’s not old age slow, it’s a kind of deliberate unhurried state, usually middle class as well. Stark contrast to the self employed who don’t have the luxury of excess time.

Hasn't it been established that he can't drive? He must pester one of his parents to drive him to the scene of accidents so he can flap around for a while. t, made up in his head, I’m not sure which.I like his hi-viz training bra thing.

I would go with total bullst, made up in his head, I’m not sure which.t. I work for the emergency services, and there is no way anyone who wasn't part of our crew or another services crew wouldn't be fked off immediately
