Hi there - does anyone have, or know where to buy an original stereo for a 2004 Gallardo?

Thank you in advance.

What exactly are you after. I've an original satnav head unit and cd autochanger sat in the garage. Open to a sensible offer (sensible for both of us, they're in good condition and were working when removed, but they're old-tech.). You'll need the lead to connect the two together and probably a gps antenna.....

I'm just after which ever stereo would have been in an '04 UK Gallardo - guessing it was pretty basic...

There were two options. Either the double-DIN, single cd, cassette, radio head unit:

Or a double-DIN satnav with twin-SD card slots and boot-mounted 6-disc cd autochanger:

Both are Audi units, with the satnav software revised to give the Lambo-shield home screen.

I assume that you have a car, in which case it must have come with a stereo of some sort when new. So the wiring will be in place. I've no idea if the original loom allowed the fitment of either setup; you'd have to check what's in-place already in your car.

I have to offer: the double-DIN satnav head unit and navigation dvd disc; the dash surround (those little plastic "wings" that allow the rectangular unit to fill the non-rectangular opening; the cd autochanger and mounting bracket and the carpet-trimmed fibreglass panel that encases the changer in the boot. All factory fitted to my 04-06 Gallardo.

RNS-E NAVIGATION SYSTEM

Part No. 400 035 192 N

Same one supplied in the below cars. Seat one does not have any branding on it same as the Lambo unit. Audi one does. Surround fascia just comes off so can fit original if you have it or aftermarket.

Audi RS6
Lamborghini Gallardo
Seat Exeo

Out of interest, are your speaker pods covered too? Or just the grills minus speakers? How much weight does it save?

Any idea what the part # is for the plastic "wings" ??? I'm trying to install an OEM unit into a Super Trofeo & having trouble locating these . almost all the double DIN units second hand do not come with them .
