Customer just brought a car in for a new clutch under warranty. When he booked the car in he asked for a courtesy car.

"Did you find me a courtesy car?"

"Does it have a tow bar?"
"No."
"I need a tow bar."

I wonder how long my guvnor can remain the nicest secondhand car dealer ever. It must be wearing thin.

The that is Jeremy Vine apparently earns £800k + whilst Kenny The Bruce a mere £210k a year!!

I know TCtiJV does other stuff, Egg Heads, Election coverage etc but he is, IMO, not as good a radio presenter as Bruce.

I dont watch Egg Heads & the GE coverage the other week was ridiculous with him & his stupid non functioning graphics.

BBC Radio 2 hit the skids when The JY Prog was axed if u ask me!!

I used to like the JY Prog, though I was only a young lad at the time. Used to do a good recipe slot IIRC.

I normally switch Vine off. That's assuming he's on in the first place.

I was not around in the 50's so cannot confirm or deny the above statement.
