How about providing free PPE for using chainsaws? Yer know, like the chainsaws the scummers used to take out the fence to get on to our local nature reserve.
I st thee not.
Wouldn't want them to hurt themselves now, would we?
It'd be a shame if next time some careless sort had driven a load of thick wire nails into the posts, down at an angle with the head left flush.

All that PPE really comes in handy then.
A friend lost an eye in that manner. A vicious thing to do.

I'll bring the hammer...

Drones with loud speakers flying over at all times of the night informing them that they're not welcome, along with some suitably loud music by Amon Amarth, Nile or similar might gently persuade them to move elsewhere. Of course, they don't own any illegal firearms to shoot them down with...
Wagner is quite nice...

So, legend tells of a semi-retired Sqn Ldr with a quaint little cottage in the Welsh borders, nicely lined up for his full time retirement.
Imagine the affront to said Sqn Ldr's morals and values, shaped over decades in the military, when he discovers a gaggle of caravans in the field to the rear of his dream cottage.
Still, not to worry...the various helicopter squadrons of the RAF are always looking for new fields to operate from, the Harrier Force needs to train for low-level attacks and the Hercules fleet needs random locations to practise navigating to.
Obviously the training value of the aforementioned flying is greatly enhanced by conducting it at night, say around 3am.
Caravans were gone in two days.

Isn't that just the pile of rubbish they've been hired to "remove" from the last traveller site, which in turn they were hired to have "removed" from the place before that?

Its just the same rubbish moved around and around, each time they get paid cash in hand to come and move it, job done!
The ultimate in recycling .

Tesco must be expecting the local residents to go on a nicking spree as all the exits but one are closed and the makeup cabinets are locked and guards are in the booze and electrical aisles.

Oh and travellers have taken over the car park.

Really? the IRA were in the North, and many of the Irish Travellers in the Uk hail from Rathkeale which still has "many social issues" - http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/rathkea...

Rathkeale sounds like a town that deserves a devastating missile strike in Christmas Day!

Seriously though, it is time these people were locked up permanently. They are a cancer on society that needs to be surgically removed and disposed of for good. It is no good waiting for scientist to come up with a cure. Let's use surgery and cut them out of society.
We would all benefit from lower home/business insurance premiums, less need for home/business security, an increased feeling of safety within your own home, lower council tax bill for cleaning up their mess and their 'liaison officer's' post, repairs to public spaces/structures.

Why do we tolerate their "way of life" that spoils our Way of Life?

Because the heavily infiltrated left wing social structure insists that we must. It considers it our purgatory for living in a free land

When comrade Corbyn gets into power there will be special laws to protect their way of life.

Indeed, why do we tolerate it ?

Most of us still can't understand how they ever got their protected status. The issue needs to be further reviewed in the appropriate courts - and laws amended accordingly.

They were very clever. There's a huge amount of guilt in the authorities across Europe for how the Romany have been treated. However, the Romany don't have much dosh...

So the Irish Travellers provided their retained human rights lawyers, and the Romany supported their claim to be proper travellers too. Iirc, none of the court hearings were held in the UK

Is that a former milk depot?

Wow. They are getting some work in to generate that much waste in such a short space of time. I'd love to congratulate them upon viewing their business and tax accounts.

Oh... as you were.
