I work in Monaco and encounter a lot of these escorts (not that kind of encounter, sadly). The majority are either based in Eastern Europe, work for agencies based in their country and fly over on demand, or fly over for the summer, stay in a nice house close to Monaco for free in exchange for "favours" and work for French agencies.
