I'm not a collector as such I throw the boxes away and wear them all.

I need some sort of cool storage system.

I am 43 atm and rock allot of trainers OG AM1's, Valentino, Gucci's etc it all depends on how you wear them, I coordinate the colour ways to either match or make a statement to the rest of my gear. I really want the Bred toe Jordan but i don't really do high tops lets see.

It's funny because had you not thrown the boxes away, you'd have somewhere to store them

I also wear everything I buy in the rain etc without using any products on them and they end up battered.

We are all different....

Anyway I would like some sort of shelving system to store them all. Made.com do one but it only fits 15 pairs so I would need a load of them!

Got the app to work 20 past and could have got loads of sizes, impatient people cant wait 10 minutes then rage about size!! Like me

What do you want from the storage? To display or just purely store trainers in some sort of order?

What sort of area is it going in? dressing room or garage/attic

I would ideally like it to display but just getting them away from being in various piles around the houses would be a first step. The probable place for them is my Garden office.

If you can tolerate Ikea then check out the Kallax range: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/storage-furnitu...

You can buy optional inserts to split shelves in two, add drawers, boxes, etc etc. With shelf splitters, you could get 50 pairs in here:

I have these already. Half of my trainers are in the black insert boxes you can buy for them. I didn't know you could get splitters which keep them visible though. I will look into that this weekend and maybe just buy a couple more of those units.

Nice. Really wanted these [as I haven't had a pair of 3's before], but £170 was strong money as I have more important stuff to buy currently ;(
