Anyone into trainers/sneakers?
Discussion
Without being too much of a wuss about it, i think it’s nice that someone can post a picture of something there interested in, get some tongue in cheek responses for it but ultimately a response which says “not for me mate” and the comments are taken by the OP without them getting arsey.
I’m fairly new to this section, and there are few areas left like thos on PH where people mostly put in respectful comments either positive or negative and they are, again mainly, taken in good spirit.
Anyway enough of that girlyness i need a pint!

And yeah, totally agree about how people contribute in this thread. It’s ok not to like what others pick up, would be a boring world etc... but it’s ok to say ‘probably not for me’, as opposed to personal attack’s on one’s taste

You'll always be Sleepera to me
Looking for a pair of Adidas Dragon Blue, size 10.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction as the only ones I have found, apart from the usual pre-worn scruffy st on fleabay, are some on Amazon & I’m not sure that they are genuine.
Don’t want to pay stupid money however don’t want to buy cheap.
TIA.

Chaps how do you guys tie your laces without the 'bow' showing? Is there a specific way of doing them up? Where it looks nice and clean and they're on tight. Tieing behind the tongue is unforgettable tbh.
Loads of different ways depending on the lacing system and where the eyelets are at the top and what they are made from, what type of laces etc... I never tie my laces, always have a method of lacing up so they look neat and don’t slipFor example
Sean wotherspoons have rope laces, quite wide lace loops hidden away, so no way of having them not tied. So there’s a nice little reef knot just under the badge, and the excess lace tucked in the side
These handball top laces slip because of the plastic eyelets at the top, so thread them in and out and pulled right makes them grip
Others don’t have to worry about just threading them in the top eyelet and tucking them in, as per these Dublins
Or others like how I wear my air max 1, the laces don’t move too much, maybe every 5 wears or so might need to adjust, but I like the ends poking out...
Basically, just depends on the trainers/laces
