I’m off to Lanzarote in a couple of weeks so wanted something light & airy for the flight, around the pool & for the long arduous 60 metre trek to the beach from my beach front hotel room.

Box price was £90.00, in-store price was £39.00 & checkout price was just £27.30 so well happy.

Likewise the Gel Lytes. Box price was £67.00 with checkout price being £53.60.

Semi-finished the 'P38's', just need to tidy bits and pieces up/snagging them but have a 'pen' coming to sort out the teeth. Also, i cant decide what to do about the foam/rubber bit around the bubble, do i keep the block white or go solid black or do the Invasion stripes (black and white)

Anyways, heres a pic of them but ill do the step by step guide later.

Doesnt quite show you how shiny the silver is but get it in the correct angle and itll act like glass.

Bacon's!!! .... I slept on these at the time and have regretted it ever since.

I'm a late joiner to this thread but a long time collector. Any ex Crooked Tongue members here too?

I can't say that anything of note has taken my eye for at least 5 or 6 years now? There is some utter f*cking dross getting turned out right now that are little more than hyped clown shoes.

If I ever get the opportunity to get all my shoes in one place at the same time I might try and pull some crate photos together.

Im just trying to get my head around this. Have you bought some trainers and drawn a mouth on them and are offering us a step by step guide to drawing mouths on trainers, or have I badly misunderstood this?

You've misunderstood, which is not entirely unexpected.

No, I don't think I have. That is indeed a drawn-on mouth on a pair of trainers and I wont be told otherwise.

Yes, they started off completely white and then i painted on the different layers/colours

Someone earlier on asked me to do a step by step guide or show the process, which ill get round to doing later on today/tomorrow.

Its fairly easy to do but abit time consuming.

The mouth was a complete to do as it was all hand drawn and painted - i should have made a stencil, but ive got some pen coming that you fill with the paint and draw it on. It should hopefully sharpen the edges of the teeth.

Im also doing a pair of Cortez from white to Purple, which i screwed up slightly, and learnt that acetone will remove the new paint
