Yeezyboosts selling for less than retail is a huge sign they are fake.
I'd say atleast 50% of yeezys bought on release day are bought for resale so someone is going to sell them for less than they paid when they can a) send them back b) sell them for £150 more atleast.
I paid £350 for mine so not exactly less than retails. I'd say atleast 50% of yeezys bought on release day are bought for resale so someone is going to sell them for less than they paid when they can a) send them back b) sell them for £150 more atleast.

Have you had them confirmed as fake?
Holefully you can get your money back if you paid by Paypal goods

PayPal have been utterly useless and when I tried to open a Dispute by immediately closing it saying the case was closed as both parties resolved the issues amicably which is not the case at all.
I tried to do this on my own twice, both with the same result. I called them, explained and they opened a case and that was closed a few minutes after hanging up. I phoned back and explained again and asked can I just send the shoes back and ask for a refund but they said it all had to be done through PayPal or I might loose my rights for refund by sending the shoes to a non authorised address blah blah blah. I did this a further 2 times with the same case closed result before giving up and calling my credit card provider.
Credit Card people said they needed written confirmation from Adidas that the website I purchased them from is not an official stockist so I got in touch with Adidas and they sent me an email saying what was asked which I then forwarded on to my case handler. I'll give them a call tomorrow to make sure it was received and from there it's 5 days to having a refund.
Very annoyed. As I'm going through CC and not PP it means the seller will probably get to keep his money.

Tbh I quickly whipped them out of the box and tried them on, then had to get off to work. Paid £130 for them over here
Chacun à son goût, personally I'd rather wear a pair of brogues one size too small, filled with dog s**t, but you know best, knock yourself out.Oakey said:
I bought a pair of Nike Cortez recently. They lasted about 4 weeks before they went back because the sole had separated. The replacement pair haven't even lasted two weeks, same problem! Not impressed.
Let me guess, around the ball of the foot, where the shoe flexes? I had a pair of Cortez which did the exact same. Are yours nylon or leather, for if it's the former then we have had the same problem with the same material. I assumed the glue didn't stick to nylon particularly well.I forgive the Cortez that fault, for otherwise it is a very comfortable trainer.

Wise choice to go through the CC. I had a similar situation with a different product. They mailed and said return them and you'll get a refund, which I did and guess what happened. No refund. So they kept my money and got to sell the product again. Was £300 too, thankfully got it back from my CC in the end so my advice would be just go with them so that the scumbag doesn't get them back to sell!PayPal have been utterly useless and when I tried to open a Dispute by immediately closing it saying the case was closed as both parties resolved the issues amicably which is not the case at all.

So after being unable to find any size 12 TN all blacks, I've resorted to trawling ebay, what do we reckon to these?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nike-Air-Max-Plus-Tuned-...
Worth a risk to buy? I'll use a credit card for added protection of course, but if they're blatantly fake and I've missed something in the ad I shan't bother!

I am after a particular pair of trainers, and have seen them on this website-www.shoemans.co.uk, but I can't say I am overly impressed with the site, it looks a bit'scamy' to me, has anyone ordered from them/ got and experiences with them?
Cheers!
What are you looking for?Cheers!
There's an address on the 'About Us' section of the website, but I wouldn't chance buying. The reviews I've found all say 'scam' and the models listed on the site are unlikely to be found new: the black Adidas World Cup would be worth a few quid if you managed to get a pair, and the 'Gazelle II' listed is a model name aborted at least a year ago.

So guys in 2013 I bought a pair of these, never worn them... any ideas where I can sell them to get a fair price, or even how much they'd possibly be worth?
NIKE AIR MAX 90 HYPERFUSE QS 'INDEPENDENCE DAY' NAVY
eBay is the more choice, there is also www.Klekt.in which is an online marketplace. If you are on facebook then there are various groups for trainers like Crepe City Marketplace, Air Max 90 Enthusiasts where you will probably find a buyer.NIKE AIR MAX 90 HYPERFUSE QS 'INDEPENDENCE DAY' NAVY
A couple years back the hype for those Independence Day AM90 was crazy and they were selling for £500+ but unfortunately the hype has worn off and not worth that much anymore, might get £200. There was also loads of fakes going round so prepare for people to be very cautious over whether they are real or not.

Yeah, unfortunate timing. The funny thing is those Independence Day packs sat on the shelves and went into the sales because no sneakerheads were really into the Hyperfuse at the time. Then Kanye West was pictured wearing them and the hype went absolutely wild which is why they were worth so much for a while arounnd 2015.I should of sold them earlier
