As you say, in store first so there'll be sod all left. I wish I'd bought the Goethe first time round.

As you say, in store first so there'll be sod all left. I wish I'd bought the Goethe first time round.

Highly addictive coming down in price at the minute, someone picked up some DS for under £200 recently, so I’m hoping to grab some after Xmas hopefully. Koi are a different kettle of fish (pun intended this time), they’re still very expensive

I've had plenty of issues with Footlocker in the past. Items showing as in stock, complete the checkout process and then get another e-mail saying my order had been cancelled because they didn't have any in stock. Now, perhaps I would accept this if it were a one off. But for the same pair of trainers that kept appearing as in stock, I kept completing the purchase process over several weeks (they kept appearing on their website on and off), only to be told on 5 occasions that my order had been cancelled.
I contacted Footlocker customer services and they just said "More popular items can sell very quickly and by the time you've checked out, they could be gone".
I sent them the evidence and asked (As a goodwill gesture - you don't ask you don't get sort of thing) If they could send me a voucher of £25 so I could buy another pair (at the more expensive price on-line and that would cover the difference). They said If I could prove I'd purchased on 5 occasions for them to be cancelled they would send me a voucher. I sent all the relevant e-mails, only for them to say they needed screen shots of me placing them in my shopping cart...I had to LOL.

Honestly my luck with Nike is awful. From my Decons never arriving.
Now I returned some things and they got signed for 2 weeks ago at the returns address and that's it. Nothing has happened. Nike are now investigating to see what's going on.
All I want is the refund so I can buy more !

Similar reply sent, it’s poor form at best. If I miss out on these I will be livid.
My email from them reads as generic waffle. It will be my last time to use them if they don’t deliver and I have purchased a fair bit from them.
Now to cross everything for Thursday mornings drop, I can see me paying resale as I don’t fancy my chances of winning the waffle
