You are taking 7 pairs of shoes on holiday?

Damn! I take the pair I wear on the plane, plus maybe an extra throwaway pair for activities / walking around in and then thongs for the hotel, beach and pool. This also applies when I go away for work!

When I go to the Caribbean I'll usually have 3 pairs of smart shoes and 4 or 5 pairs of trainers and then a pair of (always Where's Wally, bought 6 pairs of them years ago as I loved them at the time) Havaiana's for the pool/beach. Some hotels make you wear a collar and shoes at night in the nicer restaurants. Was in Turkey recently and got away with 5 pairs total (inc flips) but I did end up taking 8 different aftershaves laugh

I’m away for a month to be fair and it’s nice to have a bit of variation. 10 if you include my espadrilles I guess. Dunno hahaha

Nike Air Rifts cover most of my holiday tasks. Wear them to travel in, can be used on beach etc.

Nice. I must have had 30 ish pairs in the 02-06 era. Lots were sold on, most got beat up (I wasn’t as responsible as I am now, trainers are for wearing and if go to gigs, get pissed up etc), some went to my brother (annoyingly he completely beat up a pair of Kermit the frog dunks) and I found a pair only a few years ago at my mums, some Reese Forbes Hunters and a pair of blazers.

Regret getting rid, but I flogged loads for a house deposit, got into cars so never replaced them, had kids so couldn’t afford them etc etc I cry looking at some of the bits I had, and not that all were rare, but had the white rayguns, think my brother had the black ones too

Nice mate, I am a big adidas originals fan, so any pics of those would be great! Do you have anything special?
I guess it depends on your definition of special. The _1s from last night were meant to be a pretty big deal when they came out, I've a pair of Rochesters which are pretty old but in great condition, House of Pain Campus etc. I prefer the adidas runners mainly, so the various ZXs. I'll put some more pictures up soon.

Nice man. It's nice to see someone on here was in the game back then biggrin
It was a lot more fun when I could ring up shops and have hype stuff reserved for me when I bought so many pairs. That seems dead now unless you're dropping thousands a month. Wish I hadn't sold my statue of liberties though. I had 3 pairs but needed cash :'(

I've still got mine from about 15 years ago, got another wear out this summer. Trouble is you can get a terrible tan mark on the top of your foot...........And I've never have worn the socks that come with them.

Just a quick ask (as I don't know where to post it). Any Amazon seller experts on here in terms of using their Fulfillment by Amazon? (FBA)

Basically you send stock off to their warehouses and they do all the packaging and shipping to the customer so it can be sent prime etc. A friend told me this was going to be possible doing this from home, instead of sending stock off to the warehouse and Amazon would provide you with the boxes and other consumables to do so? As long as you meet the criteria with a 1 month trial, such as getting the items shipped on time. I can't find any information on this at all. Does anyone know if this is happening?

Ditto.

Never worn the socks and I've got a permanent oval mark on my feet from wearing them every summer. In fact Rifts are my go to "grab a shoe" as you're walking out the door trainers all year round (if it's dry).

I love Rifts sooo comfy too. I'm glad I'm not only tart on here when it come to shoes and clothes on holiday, I take a couple of pairs of smart shoes and then 3-4 pairs of trainers and a couple of pairs of sliders or flip flops etc, Mrs thinks I'm a tart - LOL

I quite like them but given how my last two pair of Cortez's started to separate from the sole within weeks I don't think I'd bother.
