£89 plus the postage no idea what cost that would be but i would let you know before i sent them. I have a 9 in the Sonic Pumas and do the insole thick sock trick too!
Yeah ok thanks let me know! I don’t have pay pal btw, so not sure how you wanna do it? I’m in the SE not sure where you are?
If you wanna pm me we can sort it out.
Will do, should get them tomorrow will let you know either way.
Sorry mate, gonna keep them.

They need a bit of breaking in as don’t think i could spend a full day in them right now but they really are supremely well made trainers.

Out of interest, the type of trainers that seem to be allocated by ballot/raffle (which seems to be quite frequent), what are the production numbers on them worldwide and typically how many are available to the UK market?

Does FOMO ever drive your purchases?
l

The only things that drive my purchases are do I like them and will I wear them. There are plenty of trainers I like but wouldn’t wear. Obviously cost factor also comes into it. I have a set budget I try not to break, so have to pick and choose what pairs within the month. And if there’s nothing I fancy I just don’t buy anything

I agree with some of other comments made here, I don’t like to have the same as everyone else, or I prefer to have it first. Not 100% fussed about brands Tbh I do anything from a high end Alexander McQueen to H&M it’s all about putting it together.

These look well made, does it bother you that the pattern is not symmetrical? I am guessing it's not meant to be, but would annoy me.

I didn't comment earlier about you spending a fair amount on a pair of trainers, the high end stuff has always intrigued me just not in a position to buy that's all that's holding me back though. I'd be scared to wear them out the house though!

Neither of those are for me I'm afraid. But then my orange AF1's wouldn't be for you. Everyone's different.

Some of the higher end stuff is made from very good quality materials and leather, my Valentino's and defo the best quality leather I've seen on any trainer iIve owned including the McQueens which are a very close second.

Regarding wearing them out the house, I've kinda stopped worrying too much about that still wouldn't wear them in st weather or places where they can get trashed.

Aaaarrrrggghhhh
The air bubble on the left hand dunk diamond is popped. According to Nike i have two options, return for a refund or keep and 20% of my next order. Surely this cannot be right?

To the others with issues did anything get sorted for you?

Standard. You did well to get the 20% off deal, they gave me nothing for my stty Dunks.

As you will have seen the left foot air bubble is burst and the shoe pops when walking. As i was buying it for a black trainer and not the whole ltd bit I’m going to send them back, unless you still want them despite the defect. Would be cost price still though as it would be a full refund they’ll give me. I understand completely if not but didn’t want to return and then find out you would of still wanted them.

Quite why Nike can’t take them back and repair then thiugh is beyond me.

Such a shame, I would want a replacement from Nike not just a refund! Its a limited release of a fairly special trainer, a trainer that the average Jo is not going to be interested in or purchasing!

I would be buying them to wear so probably will give it a miss, appreciate it though, if I was just buying them to collect I would have had them at the generous price you offered!

Not that it’s the perfect answer, but you could buy another pair of regular dunks in the sale and then stick the insole in. Then you get another pair to wear too... happy days

So is the air unit in the insole then? I assumed but have no knowledge that it was beneath the insole embedded into the sole.

Your suggesting i could take the insole out of a size 8 dunk and put into this trainer and everything would be fixed, dont care about insole colour being different. I hope this is the case but why o why couldn’t Nike offer this as a solution and just send me an insole!!!!!!
